If you have experience, or are curious about the various ways to strengthen the community around older adult care, please consider being a part of our summit. We have a number of ways to get involved, listed below.
This summit aims to bring together various care providers, researchers, students, family, close ones, and volunteers as well as organizational and business representatives who are involved in older adult care, health, and well-being. If you have lived experience in caring with older adults, or being cared for as an older adult, we encourage YOU to attend.
We will use the Scientific Café format, which aims to reach all audiences, connecting professionals and scholars with members of the public to encourage conversation, debate, interaction, and dialogue.

Choose how you would like to be involved:

Poster presentation: Promote your research, projects, and initiatives; posters will be peer-reviewed. Students welcome. Maximum poster size: 3' x 3'. Please supply your own poster; stands will be provided. Click here for details about our call for abstracts.

Booth: programs, initiatives, businesses, etc. Includes table and 2 chairs.
Non-profit - $150/booth; For-profit - $450/booth.

Event Sponsor or Door Prize Donation: You may choose to have your logo displayed during the event and on promotional material. Sponsorships will stay in the community and contribute to the event cost.

Human Library: If you care with older adults and would like to talk about your experiences, we invite you to offer your time chatting with event-goers in 20-minute intervals. They will be able to "borrow" you and let the discussion flow! Support and conversation-starters will be provided.

FREE General Admission: Event open to everyone and anyone! Although not required, we encourage event-goers to donate to our coin drive to fundraise for a local charity (to be announced). Please register to save your spot.

Virtual Access: Keynote Presentations: Gain virtual access to BOTH Keynote Presentations. This is for people who are not able to attend the event in person. Please register to save your spot and receive details on how to virtually attend the keynote sessions.
